For anyone not familiar with what it's all about, the Malverns is an all encompassing mountain bike festival featuring a whole load of activities to watch and participate in. Based at the iconic Eastnor Deer Park in Ledbury, Herefordshire, the festival takes place over the weekend of 15-17th June and there's something on site for the whole family - no matter what your age or ability.

MBUK will be there in force, celebrating our 30th anniversary and generally getting involved in all the action. And we'd love to see you there to share the whole experience with us!

Some of the highlights from this year's event are:

The MBUK Legends Classic Downhill race

This is going to be a belter! An invite only event, with some of the UK's top riders from over the years, battling it out for the prestigious title. Names already confirmed include: Will Longden, Dave Hemming, Martin Hawyes and Nigel Page - with loads more MBUK regulars in the mix too!

Dual Slalom

There are only 100 places open for this, so get signed up fast! This is head-to-head racing at its most exciting. Riders complete timed runs in each lane, the rider with the fastest combined time will progress to the next round.

Lake ride

It's not like the old days - there's a little bit of red tape needs sorting on this first but we're assured there will be some water based riding going on. Maybe, not 'lake jumping' as the lake isn't deep enough but those entering should bring their armbands and a snorkel! Entry fee is £FREE with competitors entering on the day at the event.

National demo long weekender

The best brands in the business are already being signed up for the ultimate demo long-weekender over all three days that will allow you to test ride your dream bike and make the best possible decision on your next purchase. Entries are limited with an entry fee of £5.00 per day.

There's loads more to keep you buzzing all weekend long, find them on all on the Malverns website plus loads more important details on the festival.
