TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Promoter is Our Media Limited (an Immediate Group Company), company number 05715415.
- The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
- The closing date for entries for each of the rides is:
- BikePark Wales – 28 September 2023, 11.59pm
- Swinley Forest – 26 October 2023, 11.59pm
- Forest of Dean – 9 November 2023, 11.59pm
- One Planet Adventure, Llandegla – 23 November 2023, 11.59pm
- By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
- to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
- that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
- Entrants should enter by submitting the entry form found at https://try.mbuk.com/group-ride-together/. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion for each ride will not be considered.
- Entrants must supply to Our Media Limited their name, email address, telephone number and age. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (https://policies.immediate.co.uk/privacy/).
- Only one entry per ride will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
- The winning entrants will be randomly drawn from all the entries after the closing date for each ride. The Promoter’s decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winners with Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and Wiggle Limited (t/a Nukeproof) for the purposes of organising and hosting the rides.
- The winners will be notified by the following dates for each ride:
- BikePark Wales (12 October) – 29 September 2023
- Swinley Forest (11 & 12 November) – 27 October 2023
- Forest of Dean (25 & 26 November) – 10 November 2023
- One Planet Adventure, Llandegla (9 & 10 December) – 24 November 2023
- If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within five days of such notification being sent to confirm their attendance for the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up.
- There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
- Winners must supply their own bike and helmet to be used on the ride. No additional equipment or materials will be supplied by the Promoter.
- The surname of the winners will be available upon request by sending an email to rosa.sherwood@ourmedia.co.uk within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winners before releasing this information and provide the winners with the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
- The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of a prize and participation on a ride.
- The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
