THE TRAILS:
THE SKILLS LOOP (1.6KM, PURPLE)
BLUE (14.5KM, BLUE)
A wide route that uses purpose-built cycle trails, forest roads and the tarmac forest drive to explore the woodland.
RED ( 23.5KM, RED)
This is a longer, harder version of the blue trail that takes you to further reaches of the forest on a mixture of fireroads and singletrack. There are superb views at the top, overlooking Eggleston Moor. The trail follows a figure-of-eight route, crossing over itself at The Grove car park. It passes the Descend Bike Park if you fancy a few laps.
BLACK (13KM, BLACK)
The black trail is both strenuous and technically challenging. It combines steep, technical climbs, smooth singletrack and great rooty descents into a natural feeling route.
DANNY HART’S DESCEND BIKE PARK (ORANGE)
The five DH tracks are tough and technical, with steep rock chutes, berms to rail and jumps of all sizes. There’s a great 4X course too.
